PushCloud ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Device information: When you register a device, we store the APNs device token and device name so we can deliver push notifications to your devices.

Messages: We store the content of notifications sent through our service so you can view your message history. This includes titles, message bodies, URLs, and image URLs.

Usage data: We collect basic usage metrics such as message counts and delivery status to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Deliver push notifications to your registered devices
• Provide and maintain your account and message history
• Process emails forwarded to your PushCloud email alias
• Monitor service health and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you about your account or service changes

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network using their D1 database service. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms before storage.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Messages are retained until you delete them or delete your account. You can archive or permanently delete individual messages at any time from your dashboard.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate PushCloud:

• Cloudflare — infrastructure, hosting, database, and email routing
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivering push notifications to iOS devices

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and view all data associated with your account via the dashboard
• Update or correct your account information
• Delete individual messages or your entire account
• Export your data upon request
• Regenerate your user key or email alias at any time

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged into the web dashboard. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

PushCloud is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
