Terms of Service

Last updated: March 12, 2026

By accessing or using PushCloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

To use PushCloud, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password, user key, and application tokens.

You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PushCloud only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk notifications to users who have not opted in
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or send abusive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or phishing content
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades service for others
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3. Service Availability

We strive to keep PushCloud available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Notification Delivery

PushCloud delivers notifications via Apple Push Notification service (APNs). Delivery depends on factors outside our control, including device connectivity, iOS settings, and Apple's infrastructure. We do not guarantee delivery of every notification.

Critical Alerts (priority 2) require explicit user permission in iOS Settings. Misuse of Critical Alerts may result in account suspension.

5. API Usage

Application tokens are for your use only and should be kept confidential. If you believe a token has been compromised, regenerate it immediately from your dashboard.

We may impose rate limits on API usage to ensure fair access for all users. Current limits are documented in our API documentation.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

PushCloud and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you send through the Service.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PushCloud and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
